As the lead designer and concept creator of Writing Amadeus, I crafted the world’s first readable and playable font — a groundbreaking typographic innovation that bridges literature and classical music.

Each letter was meticulously designed to correspond with musical notes, transforming every character into a playable sound across multiple octaves. The entire play was rewritten using this custom font, with Mozart’s compositions reinterpreted through typography.

From conceptualizing the idea to overseeing font development, musical mapping, and the overall design system, I led the creative journey from the very first spark to the final award-winning case.

This project not only merged sound and script in an unprecedented way, but also received recognition from multiple international award platforms for its innovation, storytelling, and design excellence.
