Minoki was more than a rum brand—it was a modern myth brought to life. I led the 360° brand creation process, starting with storytelling and naming inspired by an underwater legend where a Japanese emperor transforms into a sea dragon. The visual identity was built through detailed hand-drawn illustrations, depicting Mount Fuji, a coral-crowned princess, and the legendary dragon.

I designed every touchpoint: bottle label, gift box, roll-ups, bar stands, and keydrink concepts. I directed the photo shoot, oversaw 3D CGI production for hero visuals,and produced both the launch and sales films. Additionally, I led the design and art direction for the desktop website, ensuring a seamless, immersive digital experience that matched the brand’s mysterious, deep-sea essence.
